Business Continuity Management System Policy
- KYEC will establish, implement, maintain and continuously improve its operational continuity management system. In order to protect the organization when interruptions occurs and reduce the likelihood, preparation, response and recovery of the interruptions. This can reduce injuries; ensure personnel safety, compliance with laws, customer rights, company goodwill and preservation of company assets to maintain the continuity of operations.
- KYEC will periodically revise its operational continuity management policies and implement them to continuously improve and provide uninterrupted customer service.
Implementation Guidelines
- The person and agent authorized by the general manager in the business continuity management system. The capabilities of the person should be determined on the basis of the education, training and experience received.
- To provide the necessary resources to maintain the effective operation of the organization's operational continuous management system, continue to promote improvements, and reduce risks.
- Based on the goal of maximizing efficiency and minimizing losses, all relevant departments continued to improve their operational sustainability and resilience, and implemented drills to reduce operational disruption and ensure compliance with ongoing operational goals.
- Establish operational performance management indicators and assessment mechanisms, and regularly review the performance of each unit to ensure the effectiveness of BCMs.
