KYEC prioritizes the protection of personal data and privacy rights and has established relevant company policies, It requires all internal members, suppliers, and relevant partners to clearly implement KYEC information security measures, collecting, processing, and using personal data only to the minimum necessary scope and to the extent required for a specific purpose, and taking appropriate security measures. In fiscal year 2025, KYEC did not use the collected personal data for any purpose other than its original intended use.
To enhance employees' awareness of personal data and privacy protection, and to implement regulations and KYEC relevant management procedures, KYEC regularly conducts training sessions and promotes important regulations, operating guidelines, case studies, and audit procedures related to personal data and privacy on its public website.
In addition, KYEC conducts an RBA VAP audit every two years, through a third-party auditing firm, to verify the company's implementation and compliance with personal data and privacy protection. The latest RBA VAP audit result (personal data and privacy protection) is 「 compliant 」.
- Personal Data Use and Complaint Channels
KYEC has a whistleblowing mechanism. Internal and external parties can submit complaints and reports related to personal data and privacy protection through the designated channels to continuously monitor the use of personal data.
In 2025 KYEC received no complaints or penalties related to personal data and privacy protection and has not experienced any major information security incidents involving the leakage of customer personal data or internal confidential information in the past three years.
- Employee Training Program
The company annually conducts legal education courses (covering personal data protection and management), the trainees are newly hired employees and all current employees, total training hours for employees throughout the year are 4,346 hours.
