lEmployee Satisfaction (Engagement)
KYEC values its human capital and has conducted an employee satisfaction (engagement) survey every two years since 2015 to understand employees' perspectives on their work and to create a positive work environment. This survey was conducted anonymously, covering all employees in all King Yuan Electronics factories and business units. Employee feedback was used to understand their thoughts, and their suggestions were used as a basis for improving the work environment and implementing measures.
Focusing on factors influencing employee retention (organizational commitment), the survey covered seven key components: company, job, supervisor, and personal factors. Based on the survey results, the company implemented a comprehensive structural salary adjustment and carried out improvement actions to continuously implement its talent policies and investments.
