微机电系统(MEMS)测试
京元电子可以使用具有成本效益的自制测试设备，提供同时测试多个积体电路的测试解决方案。京元电子可以测试各种不同类型的多模式微机电系统 (MEMS) 产品。到目前为止，京元电子已经成功测试的相关MEMS产品，包含：麦克风、陀螺仪、加速度感应器、电子罗盘、压力感应器等等，并将在不久的将来为具有9自由度(Degree of Freedom , DOF)、10自由度(DOF) 功能和湿度/二氧化碳(CO2) 感应器的产品提供经济高效的多模式测试解决方案。
